What are the delivery times?
All our products carry free worldwide delivery, the estimated time of delivery is 10 - 15 working days. We
use Express Airmail as the shipping method. Once your payment is confirmed, items will be shipped within 3 days
of receiving your payment. All of our products are shipped directly from the suppliers in China and
Australia.
Exchange and returns:
All our products are in brand new condition. Products will be packed in boxes or bubble wrap for transit
protection. If you receive a product which is faulty or “dead on arrival”, we will exchange it free of charge.
We are not responsible however if you simply purchased the wrong product.
Which payment methods are available?
Pay via Paymate:
Paymate is totally Australian. It allows you to pay by Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express credit
cards, Diners Club, or debit from your bank account. Paymate does not require you to register first to use its
service, one of the best online payment companies. Safe and very easy to use.

Payment via PayPal:
We accept payments through PayPal, the largest online payment processor worldwide. PayPal currently has over

We also accept payments via Moneybookers. Moneybookers is the second-biggest online-payment service (after
PayPal). And allows you to pay by Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express credit cards, Diners Club, debit

Pay via Personal/Bank Cheques:
We only accept personal/bank cheques issued within Australia. Please write down your product title as well
as your return name and address on a separate piece of paper so we can identify your payment.
Please note: cheques need to be cleared before product is shipped.
Pay via Money Order:
We only accept money orders issued within Australia. Please write down your product title as well as your
return name and address on a separate piece of paper so we can identify your payment.
Pay via Bank Wire Transfer:
We accept bank wire transfers from all Australian Banks. Please email us for bank account details after you
have made your purchase. We use Commonwealth bank and ANZ bank.
Free Shipping Conditions
Our free shipping covers the following countries:
Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Finland,
Ireland, Norway, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and Thailand.
Insurance
Every product has insurance against loss in transit. But insurance does not cover damages occurring during
transit, if you would like to purchase additional insurance against damages during transit, please email us for
details.
Audio Products
Please note that audio products may have a different cover due to its release dates. We can assure the
product you receive will have the same contents as we describe on our website.
Customs Delays and GST/VAT Charges
All international orders may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in the country of
destination. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check with their local authority to ascertain applicable
rates. We will do all we can legally to minimize the chances of tax charges by marking items as gifts, however,
any additional charges by the destination country must be borne solely by the customer.
In the event of Customs delays, we are not responsible for time delays occurred during Customs checks. In
most cases, Customs will release your product within two weeks. Please also ensure products you ordered are
legal to enter your country. Some products are OK to be legally brought in while others may not. The buyer is
responsible for items brought. In the rare cases of items being confiscated by the Customs, we are not
responsible for your loss.
Loss or Damage
Ikana.com.au is not responsible for any loss or damage:
- To the goods during loading and unloading of the goods by the postage company or the Customer, whilst
the goods are in transit.
- Suffered damage during Customs check while products are still in transit.
